We hope you agree these are some interesting chairs. They kind of make you stop and wonder, “Are they real?” “Are they textured?” “Is it patchwork?”
I am here to tell you they are real and yes, they are rather spectacular. We decided to name them Painted Hills in honor of the gorgeous geological area in Oregon, of the same name.
Looking at Oregon’s Painted Hills and seeing these chairs is at first surprising and then delightful. It’s all about the juxtaposition, the texture, the play of tonality that makes them so engaging. Genuine cowhide hair back. Faux leather seat, nail heads, beautiful curved legs and sturdy overall construction.
