All charges are in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include shipping, packaging or insurance unless otherwise stated. When offered, 'Free Delivery' offer in Mexico is to all parts of Mexico. 'Free Delivery' offer in the United States excludes Alaska, Hawaii and certain remote regions (call for details). A minimum order applies which shows when you add a product to the cart. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Because of the number of products and complexity of maintaining a custom-product website, we are not bound to honor prices posted in error. We will promptly update any errors in pricing as soon as they are discovered.
Every piece of our furniture is handmade and unique: one-of-a-kind. Rustic furniture will have variations in color, appearance, texture, size and finish. Rustic wood does not absorb colored stains and finishes in a uniform manner. Rustic wood is a porous and natural element that responds with its own unique character. This is part of its appeal and charm. It is alive and it responds to its environment. It will change over time. It is a good thing, part of the beauty of wood furniture. Because of these natural variations, we do not accept returns on products with a colored stain or designer custom finish. Most of our furniture is custom-made and thus requires prepayment. Orders are non-refundable once manufacture has begun.
If you cannot be available to accept your furniture, we ask that you please assign someone to accept it for you. This person can be a property manager, real estate contact, relative or neighbor. Please provide this person with a copy of your order confirmation document so they can check your items.
You or your assignee will be asked to sign off indicating all is correct before our delivery truck departs. If a piece has minor damage, send us photos immediately and we will do everything reasonable to remedy the issue. If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to file a claim with the transportation company, but if such a claim were to be denied, we cannot be responsible for the damage.
You are responsible to measure your entryways and access points from curb to in-home placement to confirm that your merchandise will fit into your home. Incorrect measurement does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refusal. Please share these measurements with us. This helps us arrange for a successful delivery and ensure your furniture fits into your home.
