Hi Karen,

Well, I am back and just now getting caught up at work so I thought I would send you a note about our furniture purchase.

Let me say that we are extremely pleased with the quality of the furniture.  It arrived in excellent condition and was exactly as represented in your catalog.  In particular, the patio furniture was simply outstanding and was a true value compared to patio furniture available in Playa del Carmen.  The color and the finishes on all of the furniture is very good.  The furniture was well wrapped in protective material so no damage could occur.

Needless to say, we were also extremely pleased with the delivery time since delivery took place sooner than promised and much quicker that any other delivery times I have heard quoted by other furniture sellers.

One observation I have however is that it might be helpful if the delivery men actually did the setup of the furniture.  As I said, it is well wrapped and an older person might have some difficulty removing the wrapping and/or lifting and moving certain large items such as entertainment centers.  Our entertainment centers were on their side and I needed to locate helpers to stand it upright and then move it.  Not a big item but something you might consider - especially if delivering to older clients.

Another suggestion would be to offer to prepare a cut-out in the back of the entertainment centers so that televisions would fit without further
modification.

I am waiting on our sofas and drapes before having pictures taken but I will send you some when that happens.  In the interim, please feel free to use me as a reference for testimonials as to the quality of the furniture, the pricing and the service.  It would be my pleasure to respond to any customer's who want to hear from an existing customer.  I have already mentioned my experiences with your firm on two forums and have gotten a fair amount of feedback as a result.
