If the measure of a company is how it deals with adversity, then Gringo
can be classed as brilliant. The fact that the crisis was partly of
their own making is obviously not good, but they were only guilty of
trying to overachieve to satisfy a customer requirement.Delivery from
Mexico City to San Filipe in Baja without mishap was a tall order, it
eventually had to be aborted and the process started all over. They kept
in touch throughout even though the news was not good. On the second
attempt they used their own truck and all was well, give or take 24hrs!
As for the furniture...... It will not disappoint, it is in the upper
quartile of its category.
